Housing Without Supports

KPP also manages community housing in Peterborough at a site that we own (Towerhill Village) as well as 4 other Community Housing sites (Kiwanis Scott’s Plains, Kairos Non-profit, AOTS Chemong Village and Hilliard Park Homes). Residents of these sites are general applicants (not usually KPP clients) that are selected through the centralized waitlist for Rent Geared to Income (RGI) Housing. A small number of market units are filled through a prioritized list that includes people experiencing homelessness who are on the By-Name Priority List. Application for this program is through Housing Access Peterborough at www.peterborough.ca/hap.
