KPP’s Property Management Department operates a boutique style of property management services, specializing in the individual management needs of clients. Serving the counties of Haliburton, Northumberland, Peterborough and the City of Kawartha Lakes for 30+ years, KPP continues to offer quality housing and services in a broad range of types of housing in a portfolio of 200 homes.

While we handle the important things like collecting rent, handling maintenance calls, tenant inquiries and marketing vacant units we also offer services related to Board Governance, leadership and development. We see the role of Property Management as providing you with the appropriate information for effective decision making, managing your assets and facilitating discussion around the current and future goals of your organization. The Property Manager will be there to discuss arising issues and assist in decision making that will benefit the corporation and its’ residents.
